THE ROLE: Blue Compass RV is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our IT team. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure ensuring the seamless operation of all systems to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration troubleshooting and implementing IT solutions in a dynamic environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Manage and maintain servers networks and cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software solutions including operating systems applications and security tools.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs and implement business solutions.
- Administer user accounts permissions and access controls across various systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to resolve IT-related issues.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure.
