Hours and Location:
- Hill Country Rx Pharmacy Location:3270 Churn Creek Rd Redding CA 96002
- Pharmacy Operational Hours: M-F 8 am to 5 pm
How Youll Make an Impact:
- As a PRN Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell youll contribute to a communitys well-being act as a trusted advisor to patients and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient effective and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
- Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy counseling services; advise and guide with empathy confidentiality and diligence.
- Build effective relationships to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
- Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement learning and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy teams development.
- Stay informed of regulations retail pharmacy best practices and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune Oncology Hepatitis C HIV and more.

What Youll Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in California.
- A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements.
- Working experience/knowledge in the practice of pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in the practice of pharmacy
- 340B experience
- Retail Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience working with underserved patient communities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Must be able to commute and work at this Hill Country Rx Pharmacy site daily.
- This position is moderately active and requires standing walking and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.

Compensation will vary based on the region. For the state of CA only the expected hourly start at $60/hour and up ranges.
