How youll contribute
Pharmacist responsible for managing drug therapy protocols as a key member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Reviews interprets and evaluates medication orders to prevent and resolve drug-related issues. Provides accurate drug information and education to medical staff healthcare professionals patients and pharmacy students. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of medication orders prior to entry and verifies prescriptions filled by technicians. Actively documents clinical interventions to support ongoing drug therapy quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelors Degree Required
Doctoral Degree Preferred
State Pharmacy License
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Hourly range: $85.00
