Westport Properties is looking for a reliable hands-on Plumber to join our dedicated maintenance team and take the lead on plumbing systems across our residential and commercial properties. If youre an experienced problem-solver who thrives on fixing issues before they become emergenciesand takes pride in delivering top-notch servicewe want to hear from you.
As our go-to plumbing expert youll travel between our properties to ensure all plumbing systems are safe efficient and in top condition for our residents. No two days are the same and youll be part of a team that values craftsmanship reliability and real-world expertise.

What Youll Do
- Install repair and maintain water supply lines drainage systems and fixtures
- Clear clogged drains and sewer lines using power tools and augers
- Respond to plumbing-related work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems
- Assist with renovations involving plumbing modifications
- Cut assemble and install pipes using hand and power tools
- Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Managers to prioritize and document work
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
What Youll Get
- Pay: $23 - $30 per hour based on experience
- Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to $450 (normally around $200-$300)
- Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What Were Looking For
- 2 years of plumbing experience (residential or commercial)
- Solid knowledge of water distribution waste disposal systems and local plumbing codes
- Skilled in the safe use of plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina (able to life up to 75 lbs.) and willingness to work in a variety of conditions
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills
- A team-first mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
