Job Description
Location: Jeddah / Office Location Amir Sultan An Nahda Dist
Availability: Every Saturday (On-site) Remote Support as Needed
Company Size: 10 Workstations
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time IT Engineer to support our small office IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone experienced in both software and hardware support with knowledge of server systems and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support every Saturday
Offer remote support on weekdays as needed
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs printers network equipment)
Monitor and maintain server performance and health
Perform regular checks updates and basic preventive maintenance
Respond promptly to support requests and system issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support (software hardware and networking)
Knowledge of server operations maintenance and basic network protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Flexibility for occasional weekday support (remotely)
Details:
Team Size: 10 computers/users
Location: On-site presence required every Saturday
Remote availability required for occasional support on other days
