Job Description
Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN: Experience with hospice case management required Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. Prior experience with rural travel preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred Work schedule: Regular hours for this position are 4 days per week - Friday-Monday 8AM-5PM and acts as after hours on-call triage and runner Friday 5PM-Monday 8AM ****Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.****
Shift: Regular hours for this position are 4 days per week - Friday-Monday 8AM-5PM and acts as after hours on-call triage and runner Friday 5PM-Monday 8AM (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)
