Electrical Foreman - Industrial
Modesto CA
Full-Time On-site
Seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead a team in building and installing industrial electrical enclosures and control panels. Ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of NEC/NFPA codes and experience in a production or industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise electrical teams and projects in a shop environment

Install test and maintain control panels and wiring systems

Ensure compliance with NEC NFPA OSHA and client standards

Conduct troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
-
Assist in drawing reviews and provide feedback for accuracy

Support fieldwork startups and client inspections

Mentor and schedule team members
-
5 years in industrial/control electrical work

Experience leading teams and working with hand/power tools

Strong understanding of NEC and NFPA standards

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings

Comfortable working on-site with long periods of standing
