Position Title: Scheduling Coordinator (First Shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET)
Location: Remote
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET
Regular Schedule After Training: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM ET
We re seeking a thoughtful detail-oriented and collaborative Scheduling Coordinator to join our first-shift team. If you thrive in a structured consistent environment and believe that scheduling is about more than just logistics it s about people this role could be a great fit.
In this position youll help ensure that client needs are met by matching them with care providers who are not only available but also the right personal and professional fit. Youll be part of a connected supportive team that values clear communication routine workflows and thoughtful problem-solving. Together you ll make sure every shift is assigned with both efficiency and empathy.
Coordinate and manage client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software
Analyze care needs provider skills preferences and availability to make the best possible match
Engage with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments
Participate in daily team meetings to address scheduling gaps and optimize processes
Use internal tools (e.g. scheduling systems MS Teams) to track and communicate schedule changes
Make outbound calls to care professionals to confirm assignments coordinate shift details or offer additional work
Ensure all changes are clearly communicated and verbally confirmed to uphold a high standard of care

Previous experience in scheduling coordination or care management (preferably in healthcare)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking organizational and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating in real-time
Proficient in or willing to learn multiple software platforms (training provided)
Strong fluency in spoken and written English
A respectful considerate communicator who ensures clarity in schedule updates
Able to balance analytical data with empathy and human-centered thinking
