Job Description
We are seeking a MS/Tele FLOAT for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Utica New York 13502. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: Night
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours-WILL ACCEPT EITHER
- Pay Rate: $55 - $62/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Accurately assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient tracking
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Float efficiently between various hospital units as needed
- Maintain a safe compassionate and supportive environment for patients and families
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
- Active NY State RN License Required
- BLS Required
- ACLS Required
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification Required
- Epic EMR experience Required
Note:
- Locals accepted-local pay rates will apply for candidates residing within 75 miles.
