Tasks
We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Director of UI/UX to lead the design and user experience strategy across all Caiz products and platforms. As a design leader you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing UI/UX team defining design standards and creating intuitive and beautiful digital experiences that make complex blockchain products accessible to a global audience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design strategy for all digital products including wallets dashboards mobile apps and web interfaces.
- Establish and maintain a consistent and scalable design system across products.
- Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and researchers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and marketing to deliver cohesive user experiences aligned with Caizs vision.
- Conduct user research usability testing and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
- Ensure accessibility usability and responsiveness across all platforms and devices.
- Advocate for user-centric design in cross-functional discussions and product roadmaps.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends blockchain interface standards and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across mobile and web platforms.
- Deep understanding of UX principles interaction design and responsive UI.
- Experience designing for blockchain fintech or complex data-driven applications is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision and design system tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Web3 interfaces crypto wallets DeFi platforms or token-based economies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
- Understanding of Islamic finance principles is a plus.
Level of studies: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Computer Enigneering.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English
