Job Description

Weekly pay $43.67/hour for RN at Community Rehabilitation Hospital West:

- Provide direct patient care for adults recovering from severe injury or illness in a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Deliver specialized rehabilitation nursing for patients with stroke brain injury neurological conditions trauma spinal cord injury amputation and orthopedic injury.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care and rehabilitation plans.
- Work 12-hour shifts with floating required to nearby facilities as needed.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6 utilizing Epic EHR for documentation.
- Ensure quality care to maximize patient health function and quality of life.
- Adhere to hospital protocols including wearing navy scrubs and reporting to Alyse Keys at shift start (7a or 7p).
- Provide care under the supervision of nursing leadership and according to BLS certification standards.
- Required to have at least 2 years of IRF or acute care experience and an active RN license.
- No call requirements; weekend hours may apply.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Parking available on side with handicap spaces or at the back of the building.
