Overview
The Principal is a pivotal figure in the educational environment responsible for providing vision and leadership to guide the academic and operational direction of a school. This role coordinates instructional programs and promotes a positive school culture that supports student achievement. The Principal not only steers the implementation of school policies and curriculum but also fosters a collaborative approach among teachers support staff students and the community. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive school improvement plans.

  • Familiarity with school budgeting and financial management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
