Overview
The BAMS/BHMS RMO in the Gynaecology Department plays a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. This position is designed for skilled medical professionals who have specialized training in Ayurveda or Homeopathy and are focused on womens health. The RMO will be instrumental in assessing patients diagnosing conditions and providing effective treatment plans in collaboration with the senior medical staff. This role not only requires extensive clinical knowledge but also demands strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families. Being a part of a multidisciplinary team the RMO will contribute to a supportive healthcare environment focused on holistic care. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and physical examinations of patients.
- Diagnose and manage various gynaecological conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with senior doctors.
- Assist in gynaecological procedures and surgeries as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records documentation and follow-up care notes.
- Provide emergency care and treatment in urgent situations.
- Educate patients about their health and provide counseling on lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on their response.
- Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions.
- Implement clinical protocols and adhere to hospital policies.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest medical practices.
- Support the gynaecology team in research and development initiatives.
- Promote preventive health care measures and conduct health camps.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery).
- Registered medical practitioner with a valid medical license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a gynaecology setting.
- Strong understanding of gynaecological health issues and treatment modalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
