Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecaller to join our real estate construction company. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to contact potential customers to promote our construction projects and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to engage with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our real estate projects.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Keep accurate records of conversations and interactions with customers in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue leads.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills to maintain call logs and update customer information.
