We are Soul Dental a warm welcoming and independently owned practice located in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast. Due to one of our beloved team members relocating interstate we are looking for an Associate Dentist to step into a thriving patient base.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient-centred care in a modern and welcoming environment. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a loyal patient base making this an ideal opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about continuous improvement and long-term career development.
About the Role
- Part-time with view to full-time: Currently required working days are Mondays Thursdays Fridays and every second Saturday (includes one later afternoon shift).
- Opportunity to expand to full-time for the right candidate.
- 40% commission-based remuneration.

About You
- AHPRA-registered dentist with unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm patient-focused approach to care
- Eagerness to continuously improve clinical and communication skills
- Committed to CPD and long-term professional development
- Interest in growing with the practice and building long-term relationships with patients
