Job Description

EduTalent Group are supporting an international school in Asia seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Secondary Swimming and Middle School PE Teacher and Head Swimming Coach to join their team for theacademic year.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated educator who is confident in delivering both physical education and competitive swimming programmes while also playing a leading role in the school s swimming coaching provision.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and motivated teacher-coach with a passion for PE and swimming and the ability to engage and support students across both academic and co-curricular settings.

Essential Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (licence or certification)

  • Minimum 2 years teaching/coaching experience

  • Ability to teach PE at middle school level

  • Ability to teach and assist swimming in secondary school

  • Experience coaching varsity or competitive swimming

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Experience with collaborative curriculum planning and backward design

  • Familiarity with standards-based assessment and reporting

  • Confident using digital learning tools (Google Suite preferred)

  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Desirable:

  • Master s degree in a relevant field

  • Experience in international or IB schools

  • Understanding of inquiry-based and student-centred learning

  • Comfortable working in a diverse multicultural environment
