Job Description

Position Title:

Global Client Relations (Australia/New Zealand OR Malaysia/Singapore Focus)

Location:

Colombo Sri Lanka (Hybrid or Onsite) Candidates must currently reside in Sri Lanka. Preference will be given to those who have lived in Australia or Malaysia.

Role Purpose

We are seeking two highly motivated and customer-focused Global Client Relations professionals based in Sri Lanka to manage and nurture our growing client base.

One position will focus on supporting Australia and New Zealand (AU/NZ) customers and the other will focus on Malaysia and Singapore (MY/SG) customers. This is a farmer sales role perfect for someone who excels in building long-term relationships identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The MY/SG focused hire will also provide direct support to the Regional Sales Manager for Malaysia/Singapore.
Candidates must currently reside in Sri Lanka. Preference will be given to those who have lived in Australia or Malaysia.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned regional accounts (AU/NZ or MY/SG).
Develop deep trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
Ensure clients are utilizing Link4 effectively and achieving desired outcomes.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Link4 features and services based on customer needs.
Drive contract renewals and maintain high customer retention rates.
Proactively address issues and prevent churn by acting as the voice of the customer internally.
Work closely with finance support technical and sales teams to resolve client issues.
Coordinate onboarding and training for new customers in collaboration with the support team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the Zoho CRM.
Provide regular feedback to the product and leadership teams regarding customer needs and market trends.


Key Skills & Experience

3 years in account management or customer success preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
Proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with mid-size or enterprise customers.
A farmer mindset: nurturing empathetic and relationship-driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience living in Australia or Malaysia is preferred.
Experience working with international clients across different time zones.
Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
