Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods sector (CPG or FMCG) to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis budgeting and strategic planning and will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting informed business decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning and analysis including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis across all U.S. and International channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- 5 years of Finance experience in the Consumer Goods industry (CPG or FMCG).
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Highly motivated and pragmatic with the ability to roll up sleeves take responsibility for initiatives and produce results.
- Strategic player able to think creatively and have foresight regarding the long-term financial impact of decisions.
