Within our Marketing Solutions business we are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team to help us realize our goal of empowering businesses to reach engage and convert their professional audience at scale.
As a Senior Account Director on the Large Customers International team you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies driven by data and the strength of your experience to bring LinkedIns digital marketing solutions to strategic and high potential customers. By being their trusted advisor you will help our clients realize their growth plans by connecting them to ever-expanding opportunities among our members.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with strategic and high potential LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers working closely with C-levels top executives and decision-makers.
- Lead as a rigorous business manager who maps out and executes on commercial opportunities for a portfolio of clients for the next 6-12 months.
- Working closely with your Client Solutions Manager to deliver a consultative sales approach for each client that meets their business & marketing objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and new buying groups within the book of business of existing customers for LMS offering.
- Lead with insights through smart client research industry-specific information and trends.
- Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth in your book.
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
- Contribute to client events - Travel may be required up to 20%.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in client-facing roles (e.g. sales key account management business development)
- 5 years of work experience in the digital media & advertising context
- Business fluency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing or selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Experience of thriving in a result-driven environment.
- Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client facing setting to drive their marketing and commercial success.
- Experience of onboarding new clients to a self-service platform.
- Experience managing a broad range of advertising budgets and campaigns.
- Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers creating relationships across many levels of a client.
- Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Understanding/passion for digital advertising technology marketing automation and measurement solutions.
