Manufacturing Engineer - (3D Printing)
Raleigh NC 27606
12 Months (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Qualifications :
The Additive Manufacturing (AM) Applications Engineer is a position combining Project Process and Design Engineering skills. Working closely with clients management teams this role involves supporting sales providing technical expertise and demonstrating the capabilities of 3D printing technologies to customers while also managing and maintaining clients Center for Additive Manufacturing 3D printers and scanners.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education Experience and Certifications) - Bachelors degree in engineering materials science or a related field is preferred - 3-5 years of work experience in design for additive manufacturing or a related 3D printing field is desired - Requires 3D printing analytical and operational background and experience KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Excellent project management skills - Demonstrated communications skills - Proficient in 3D CAD software and 3D printing technologies - Excellent teamwork skills and a passion for staying up to date with additive manufacturing industry trends and new 3D printing applications
