Get to Know the Team

As part of the Thailand Deliveries team Omnicommerce is a growing team responsible for creating Grabs dine-out solutions in the market where restaurants find success by being on our platform. We believe in the power of collective brainstorming and value every team members input as we continue on our journey to transform the future of Omnicommerce.

Get to Know the Role

As an important Account Management Associate you will build business relationships with existing and potential relationship to increase growth for GrabFood and merchants. You will lead all elements of business identification strategy partnerships account management and execution strategy. You will be reporting to Strategy Manager - Merchants & Innovation working onsite based in the Bangkok Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Increase growth in main accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV
  • End-to-end deal managing in a fast-paced environment (including working with operations marketing and product to ensure the success of the marketing campaigns and partnership)
  • Develop enduring relationships with main partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
  • Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Work across departments to meet merchant-specific needs (e.g. customized reporting for merchants marketing support integrations)

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management business development partnerships or equivalent role.
  • Passion in the F&B industry is a BIG PLUS; from street food to casual caf & restaurant to premium food to social sellers
  • VERY fluent in English and Thai. Mandarin or Japanese is good to have.
  • Experience in communicate with diverse team members with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Familiar with working in analyzing complex data sets to obtain relevant insights and grow accounts
  • Demonstrated working across internal and external partners.
