Job Description

We are looking for a Banqueting Supervisor with a natural hospitable approach and who knows how to exceed guest expectations. As a Banqueting Supervisor you will  

oversee the smooth operation of all of our events such as all-day conferences elegant weddings gala dinners famous monthly brunches and many more.  

Your main responsibilities are: 

  • Supervise and coordinate all banqueting events up to 1500 guests 
  • Contact person for our guests during events to ensure the event runs smoothly;  
  • Manage and train banqueting staff (including outside labor team members) ensuring they adhere to hotel standards 
  • Oversee the setup execution and breakdown of events; 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; 
  • Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. 

Qualifications :

  • Experience in meeting & events.
  • Natural leadership abilities with proven experience in team management.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
