Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-assured Media and Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Media and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing internal and external communications ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and effectively engaging with both employees and external stakeholders to enhance the companys brand and public image.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence graphic design merchandise and to support internal campaign and initiate further marketing initiatives.

This role requires a proactive individual with a background in marketing and media tools and a previous work experience in the industry capable of producing professional products. Youll report directly to the Business Generation and MarComm Lead and engage with the German Austrian and European teams. The candidate should work well independently as well as in teams and have a genuine curiosity in the real estate construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external Comms: Create and distribute internal newsletters announcements and updates manage internal communication channels such as intranet email and internal social media platforms. Draft and distribute press releases media statements and other public communications. Oversee and coordinate the creation and dissemination of marketing materials including brochures advertisements and social media content monitor and analyze public and media perceptions of the company and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
  • Social Media Management (Internal and external): Create LinkedIn and Instagram messaging according to our corporate guidance to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Share and promote internally messaging regarding new wins success stories interview and any other initiatives planned within TT platforms.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain the company local microsite ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing objectives and business plan. Keep content about TT on 3rd parties websites up to date.
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics presentations templates and collaterals to support marketing bidding and branding initiatives.
  • Merchandise Management: Coordinate the buy process and distribution of all branded merchandise.
  • Client Mailing: Manage client mailing lists and implement communication messaging to support internal marketing campaign.
  • Contribute to global or regional marketing campaigns and generate ideas for new ones to be rolled out at local level
  • You are the primary contact for Corporate Identity and its correct implementation and you also conduct employee training sessions

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a degree from an architectural or artistic study.
  • Proven experience in media and marketing preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). Video editing tools and audio recording software are also a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Have a genuine interest in the construction industry being passionate about the field and motivated to work within it.
  • Be committed to continuous learning being eager to keep improving skills and knowledge staying updated with the latest developments and innovations.
  • Due the field of employment and nature of the role we require the candidate to be a German native speaker with excellent English language skills.
  • Location: Ideally Munich otherwise Frankfurt and Berlin are also options.
