Application Support & Data Analyst – Food Safety Systems

Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent Medior in Netcompany-Intrasoft
As an Application Support Agent Medior you will:

• Support the Commissions officials in their daily work by helping them extract and treat data from the systems.
• Help the users of the systems with questions or issues they might have and you will be required to communicate/attend meetings with officials from other DGs to support their work when the systems are used.
• Work within the RASFF Team and the Food Fraud Team helping with the analysis of cases/notifications.
• Create reports do traceability exercises along the supply/food chain and present the findings of your work.
• Provide training and assistance of the application to the Member States and European Commissions officials. Travelling might be required.
• Be on call for a maximum of 1 week per month outside working hours to inform countries involved in case of Food Safety Alert with Risk to Public Health.
• Maintain existing documentation attend coordination meetings and you might be asked to perform some tests on the application.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Work experience in the fraud or investigation area would be a plus;
• Strong proficiency working with web browsers web based tools and social media tools;
• Proven ability to analyze interpret and communicate fraud threats and trends effectively.
• Proficiency in English knowledge of other EU language would be a plus
• Being a team player with good communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Eagerness to learn
