Job Description
As a Superintendent with a trades background you are invited to join our operations team in Christina Lake. This permanent site-based position is fly-in fly-out (FIFO) on a 7-days-on 7-days-off schedule. We welcome all qualified applicants to apply.
What would you be doing
- Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
- Prepare monitor and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
- Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
- Establish implement and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures
- Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

Qualifications :
- Is results-oriented passionate about construction and has proven experience managing maintenance sites.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
- A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade.
- Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
- Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS H2S Alive.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information :
This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
