Job Description
- Test and analyze product data
- Work independently or with a team
- Perform product testing.
- Support new product development and quality control
- Ensure overall Good Laboratory Practices and cleanliness.
- Execute all assigned task and/or testing following current or proposed procedures.
- Keep up to date with technical developments and implement procedures/technologies which can save time and improve reliability.
- Assist in pilot trials and production trials
- Produce and analyze batch samples
- Taste and smell for quality control
- Problem solve
- Attention to details
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Detail oriented.
- Prior experience/interaction with Food Industry/manufacturing standards.
- Should be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and feel comfortable working around equipment and forklift traffic.
- Able to work any shift weekday and weekends outside weather conditions (extreme hot and cold) and inside conditions which consist of an extremely cold environment (refrigerated atmosphere 35-50 degrees) with little or no supervision.
