Job Description
The Challenge
Responsible for the reliable safe execution quality maintenance repairs condition monitoring and fault-finding of diesel driven Heavy commercial vehicles and Earthmoving Equipment in accordance with OEM prescribed standards regulations procedures and methodologies to achieve optimum equipment availability reliability and process efficiency objectives.
Qualifications :
The ideal applicant
- Grade 10 (24 points over 7 subjects including an E-symbol in English Maths and Science).
- Vocational Training level 2 certificate
- 18 months trade-related experience at B2 level in a Diesel Mechanic environment
- Valid code B/BE drivers license (Manual Transmission).
- Added advantage valid code CE drivers license (Manual Transmission).
- Added advantage previous experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicle maintenance
