You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYoull be a key part of our delivery team contributing to the design and analysis of complex structures while developing your technical and project management skills. Youll:
Deliver high-quality engineering solutions and support project delivery across major UK and international assignments
Work on the design analysis and checking of structures across sectors from bridges and tunnels to retaining walls and marine works
Undertake calculations use a variety of design software and apply international design codes and standards
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams external consultants and clients
Contribute to managing time budgets and project resources efficiently
Adopt the standardisation and peer review of technical work to uphold design excellence
Make positive contributions to health and safety on projects and across your work priorities health safety and wellbeing by reducing and managing associated risk
Qualifications :
We want someone who combines technical ability with curiosity creativity and a team-first mindset. Ideally youll bring:
A degree in civil or structural engineering (postgrad qualifications welcome)
A proactive approach to become a Chartered Engineer (ICE IStructE)
Experience designing complex structures (foundations bridges marine structures etc.) using steel concrete or composite materials
A good understanding of structural analysis construction methods and advanced numerical modelling
Familiarity with Eurocodes and international design standards
Proficiency in finite element analysis software such as LUSAS Midas
A collaborative approach with excellent communication and writing skills
