Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Migration Specialist to join our team and contribute to exciting and challenging activities within the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and international environment where you will contribute to data migration ensure high data quality and support strategic decision-making through accurate business data analysis:
- You will be part of an international team that is focused on Mobility Sales Planning.
- You will act as an analyst and perform data migration activities towards a new platform.
- You will interact and collaborate with Bosch teams on global level.
- You will do the setup and execution of the Process for Data Preparation (formatting) based on an iterative way of working: obtain necessary info for migration check consistency of provided data.
- You will do the setup and execution of the Process for Consolidation/aggregation of the data (SQL/Access) based on an iterative way of working: ensure consistency of the output files (no missing data/ no duplicate data).
- You will do the setup and execution of the Process for Data Upload: Provide the output files for upload in Salesforce upload Files & Salesforce data checks confirm that migration was successful (no missing data/info in Salesforce).
- You will ensure the fulfillment of requests and questions regarding the migrated data coming from users and any other involved stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field
Experience:
2 years of experience in data migration sales planning or sales controlling
Knowledge:
- Proficient in data validation data cleansing and data migration processes
- Experience with Salesforce (e.g. Strategic Planning Current Forecast)
- Skilled in data analysis and interpreting business figures
- Good command of Microsoft Excel Teams Access and MS SQL
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g. Talend)
- Familiarity with Agile working methodologies

Languages:
- English very good level (mandatory)
