- 2 years in operations support or administrative roles
- 1 year in purchase order processing or procurement
- 1 year in billing and invoicing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of procurement and billing procedures
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT contract management
- SAP system experience
- Background in the technology/IT industry
- SAP training or certification
- Procurement-related certifications
- Degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
