This is a Full Time position with the role ideally based at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort or Pullman Cairns International with flexible working options available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding
- Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards social media and professional networks
- Along with the wider Talent & Culture team and Hiring Managers identify and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first contact to hire
- Stay informed on industry trends and market insights to remain competitive
- Champion our Accor brand through active participation in recruitment initiatives and external talent campaigns
Qualifications :
- Clear written and spoken communication skills & with the ability to professionally engage candidates and hiring managers along with a high level of attention to detail
- You are friendly approachable and confident when speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks such as advertising vacancies scheduling interviews and keeping track of applicant progress and the ability to adapt to challenges such as scheduling conflicts or hard-to-fill roles.
- Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Comfortable using recruitment platforms applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Open to feedback and keen to develop skills in sourcing screening and hiring.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive candidate and company information.
