The Healthcare Account Manager (AM) helps Beacon clients maximize their systems and solutions investment. Based in the Twin Cities MN metro market this role covers healthcare accounts in greater Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. The position involves selling hardware and software solutions from the full Beacon Healthcare Line Card.
The salary range for this position is $80000.00 USD - $105000.00 USD annually plus commissions and is determined by education experience and other relevant factors.
The Account Manager position is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience. In this territory you will be responsible for both named customers and strategic target accounts. The Healthcare Account Manager (AM) is tasked with achieving sales quotas and assigned account objectives. The AM must comprehend our customers needs and strategic goals to identify how Beacon can best assist them in meeting their objectives. Concurrently the AM should act as an influencer connector and coordinator to ensure that the appropriate Beacon Team is assembled at the right time to deliver the relevant Beacon products and services. The primary aim for each Account Manager is to gain the trust of our customers become a valued technology partner and expand Beacon Communications market share.
The successful AM will utilize the extensive resources available at Beacon Communications including Implementation IT Service Delivery colleagues as well as other sales and management resources. This role is responsible for coordinating company executive involvement with customer leadership and collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing retention.

Required Skills & Experience
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
Strong PC proficiency
4 years of prior sales experience is required in the role of Account Executive
Healthcare Industry experience is required
25-50% travel and a willingness to work a flexible schedule as required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
