Job Description

An Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients and managing the workforce. This role involves strategic planning resource management and fostering a positive work environment to meet the companys operational goals and client needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations including workforce management client communication and service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and improve service quality.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets allocate resources and optimize workflows for efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues.
  • Workforce Management: Recruit train and manage staff including performance management and career development.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Manage operational budgets track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in operations management preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in resource management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
