What would you be doing:
Design and develop intuitive user-friendly interfaces for websites web applications and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes prototypes and mockups using design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
Maintain brand consistency through typography color schemes and visual elements.
Optimize website designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Work with marketing teams to design landing pages banners and other promotional materials.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Proven experience as a Web/UI Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Knowledge of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript (preferred but not required).
Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and functional designs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Visual Hierarchy & UX Principles
Mobile-First & Responsive Design
A/B Testing Mindset and Hypothesis Building (Come up with test ideas)
Strong Typography & Color Theory Ability to create visually appealing yet conversion-friendly designs.
Ad Creative Design: Designing engaging still images and animated GIFs for ads considering best practices for CTR and engagement.
Animation & Motion Graphics Ability to create dynamic elements (GIFs micro-animations) to improve engagement.
