Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Closer
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: Base salary up to 2200 USD
Commission structure:
1% of gross profit on deals totaling 0 - 250K USD
2% of gross profit on 250K - 500K USD
3% of gross profit on 500K - 750K USD
4% of gross profit on 750K - 1M USD
5% of gross profit on 1M USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on land acquisitions. The team operates in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is seeking a skilled closer to own the sales pipeline and help scale acquisition efforts.
Position Overview:
Were hiring a Real Estate Sales Closer to lead and execute our land acquisition strategy. Youll be responsible for managing inbound leads closing deals and identifying opportunities to improve the sales process. The ideal candidate brings experience in sales and real estate thrives under pressure and is excited by performance-based rewards
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle sales process for land acquisition deals.
- Follow up with leads qualify prospects and close opportunities.
- Keep detailed records in Follow Up Boss CRM.
- Provide input to streamline and improve the sales approach.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a sales or deal-closing role.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals independently.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated organized and performance-driven.
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions or land acquisition.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in U.S. real estate especially land acquisition.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow.
- Experience using Follow Up Boss or a comparable CRM.
