Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness safety and organization of the premises while also assisting guests residents or staff with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests residents or staff in a courteous manner
-
Handle luggage deliveries or personal items as required
-
Ensure common areas are clean safe and presentable at all times
-
Support housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed
-
Assist with setting up and clearing event or meeting spaces
-
Perform minor repairs or report larger maintenance issues
-
Monitor building access and report any suspicious activity
-
Respond promptly to requests for assistance or emergencies
-
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a similar role
-
Basic to intermediate English level (A2B1); other languages are a plus
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Physically fit and able to lift or carry items
-
Reliable punctual and well-presented
-
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
-
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Nice to Have (a Plus):

Experience in hotels residential buildings or healthcare facilities
-
Basic maintenance or handyman skills

Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures

Multilingual communication skills
