Were seeking aClient & Council Stakeholder Relations Officer to be the central contact point between our business our clients and local councils and shires.

About the Role

Youll be responsible for coordinating council approvals managing compliance documentation and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned at every stage of the process. This is a vital role that ensures our projects move forward without red tape delays and youll be at the heart of it.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising directly with shires and local councils to manage approvals permits and compliance issues
  • Coordinating submission forms site surveys energy efficiency documentation and BA3 forms
  • Acting as a key contact for clients and internal teams regarding council processes and timelines
  • Monitoring and tracking application statuses to keep all parties updated and on schedule
  • Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met before during and post-project

Maintaining accurate records of all stakeholder communications and documentation

What Were Looking For

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of council planning compliance and approvals processes
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in a builder/planning/project management role is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with BA3 forms energy efficiency standards and local council procedures is a plus
