Automotive Parts Advisor
Ryan Chevrolet
Ryan Chevrolet is looking for a Full Time Parts Advisor to join our team! Our parts advisor is responsible for assisting all customers and technicians with their parts and accessory needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics automotive systems or automotive parts
- Problem solving is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Team oriented flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must have computer proficiency
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 18 years of age
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and accessories
- Assist in tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Ability to locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Facilitate payment collection ensuring parts are billed correctly through the service department
- Utilizing parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) determining the right part(s) for the make model and year of vehicles being serviced
