Residence Manager Luxury Residential Property

130 - 180K DOE Apartment Provided
About the Role:
A premier ultra-luxury residential building with approximately 600 high-end units and world-class amenities is seeking an experienced detail-oriented Residence Manager. This is a full-time live-in position requiring hands-on leadership in managing a large-scale high-end property.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site operations and be the primary contact for maintenance and emergencies (24/7 availability required).
Supervise maintenance teams porters and vendors to uphold five-star service standards.
Manage preventative maintenance and repairs across all units amenities and shared spaces.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain ultra-luxury standards.
Handle resident requests with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain logs records work orders and vendor schedules.
Collaborate with ownership on service contracts upgrades and capital planning.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Must-Haves:
35 years managing ultra-luxury residential or high-end hospitality properties.
Strong leadership skills managing teams and vendors.
Technical knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing elevators and maintenance.
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of property upkeep.
Willingness and ability to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
Excellent communication and professionalism with high-profile residents.
Comfortable with property management software and maintenance tracking tools.
Must live on-site and respond to emergencies outside standard hours.
Preferred:
Experience managing large-scale amenity-rich properties.
OSHA certification or facilities management credentials.
Bilingual skills a plus (not required).
