Are you a systems mastermind who thrives on solving complex problems and building resilient secure infrastructures
Were looking for a Tier III Systems Engineer ready to take ownership of high-impact projects collaborate with elite talent and push the boundaries of whats possible in cloud network and systems engineering.
What Youll Do:
- Design implement and optimize secure systems and networks in fast-paced environments.
- Serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex issues across multiple platforms (Azure VMware Nutanix Citrix Active Directory).
- Proactively improve system resilience performance and security.
- Lead technical investigations and solve escalated problems across LAN/WAN environments.
- Provide expert-level support for firewalls routing switching backup solutions and hosted IP services.
- Champion ITSM best practices by managing ticket lifecycle in Autotask.
- Collaborate cross-functionally while setting standards and ensuring compliance with security policies.
What Youve Mastered:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud solutions virtualization enterprise backups and system monitoring tools.
- Fluency in systems security disaster recovery and complex troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications like MCSA or equivalent are a plus.
- Stellar communication problem-solving and leadership potential.
