Now Hiring: Pediatric LPN Home Health
Clarksville TN
Are you a licensed LPN with a heart for pediatrics and a desire to make a lasting impact on a childs daily life
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client with complex medical needs. This is a long-term high-need case requiring hands-on compassionate care in a home environment. The ideal candidate is confident calm and deeply committed to building consistency for both the child and family.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct pediatric nursing care
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support feeding mobility hygiene and daily comfort
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervising RN
Ideal Candidate:
Active LPN license in Tennessee
Previous pediatric or high-acuity experience preferred
Reliable patient and confident under pressure
Strong communication skills and commitment to long-term care
This case requires both skill and heart and we are actively seeking someone who can bring both to the role.
