MarketingEssential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the BMO Sponsor team through the development of marketing and sales materials to be shared externally with clients prospects and marketing publications.
Manage the Sponsor Finance marketing budget including assisting the internal marketing team in developing content and placing ads
Manage the Sponsor Finance web page once new site is launched keeping the page current with tombstones photos and bios
Coordinate the bimonthly group meetings for Sponsor Finance
Work directly with Head of Originations to assist in monitoring and reporting new business wins and portfolio performance on a regular basis
Work with the tech team on the Salesforce upgrade and reporting under development including assisting with Sponsor Finance team members with the use of new system
Assist the events marketing team with Sponsor Finance client events.
Track where Sponsor Finance is spending client entertainment dollars and events we are sponsoring
Contribute to ad hoc projects related to the management of the BMO Sponsor Finance marketing outreach including oversight of large and targeted client marketing events
Qualifications
Residing in the Chicago area
2-4 years of professional experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with financial or credit transactions
Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM database
Proven powerpoint and presentation development skills
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects / tasks
Business / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Marketing degree preferred

$44000.00 - $82000.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
