The Leadership Development Program Specialist plays a critical role in executing and enhancing leadership development programs at Caesars Entertainment. This role will manage program logistics track participant progress create communication materials build presentation materials and support the facilitation of workshops and presentations. This position combines administrative and program facilitation tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail. It requires close collaboration with Human Resources and other business leaders to ensure alignment between leadership programs and the companys development strategies. Individuals who will be successful in this role require a commitment to excellence with demonstrated and proven communication skills. This role requires an effective decisive results-oriented professional who can develop relationships and best-in class leadership programs across the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work with the Leadership Development Manager and other stakeholders to design develop and implement processes to identify assess track and enhance Leadership development programs.
Support and champion leadership development initiatives and programs that drive retention and growth and improve leadership and business acumen.
Incorporate the companys Mission Vision and Values and other brand initiatives into core leadership programs.
Assess opportunities for continued improvement of various leadership programs review goals and metrics for success make recommendations for improvement.
Recognize organizational leadership challenges; develop and implement solutions.
Perform internal and external research to implement best demonstrated practices.
Coordinate evaluate and analyze internal and external leadership development partnerships practices and services.
Ensures leadership programs tasks are completed on time and according to standards. .
Develops updates tracks and monitors metrics associated with Leadership development programs.
Coordinates materials and assets for Leadership development programs.
Ensures adequate and timely handling of financial responsibilities (purchase orders payments invoice management tracking) associated with Leadership development programs.
Uses methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and Company policies.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty integrity and responsible corporate behavior.
Supports a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where Team Members feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
Complete other related tasks as deemed necessary for successful Leadership development programs.
Supports and assists with other tasks as needed by the Corporate Talent Development department.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to balance strategy and operations
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proficiency in written communications and the creation of written materials to include leadership development articles standard operating procedures memos instructions and emails.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organization and administrative skills
Proven project management skills.
Effective collaborative problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Previous Learning & Development experience of 1 year or more preferred.
Experience in program management.
Experience dealing with and presenting to leadership audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
Must be able to work independently.
