The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. Currently only 39% of adults have an associate degree or higher despite 65% of jobs requiring post-secondary education. T3 provides resources financial assistance and opportunities to students and families equipping them for successful careers. Through collaboration with various organizations we strive for inclusive pathways to education. Our goal is systemic change that positively impacts the entire Tarrant County community for generations to come. POSITION OVERVIEW The Family Alliance Content Developer supports the mission of the T3 Partnership by translating complex educational systems into compelling actionable content for families. This role merges curriculum development storytelling and digital strategy to elevate family awareness and drive engagement both online and in-person. This includes ensuring greater visibility for T3 initiatives and reinforcing the long-term impact of family-centered efforts. The Content Developer is responsible for creating high-quality multilingual content and establishing a robust content library that enhances engagement and accessibility. This role also strengthens the organizations digital presence and increases parent interaction through impactful storytelling audience-centered communication and strategic digital campaigns. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES While this position does not directly supervise staff it may provide cross-functional guidance or support to team members in coordination with supervisory personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation (45%) - Cross functional lead for the creation of family-facing communications learning modules presentations and workshops to include T3 Pathways to Careers (P2C) as a foundational component.
- Write scripts for videos presentations and events targeting families and partners
- Design branded communication materials such as flyers descriptions presentations and handouts.
- Create graphics and layouts for digital and print use.
- Create and manage a comprehensive print/digital pamphlet for family-facing resources.
- Integrate community resources Programs of Study and state education initiatives into all materials.
- Ensure learning resources and toolsincluding digital and in-person offeringsare accessible and culturally relevant in multiple languages and formats.
- Support school and district partners by aligning content with local needs and timelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Communication Campaigns & Social Media Engagement (35%) - Build targeted email and text campaigns using audience-appropriate messaging and visual design.
- Create and manage organized communication platforms to reach parents and community partners effectively.
- Develop family surveys and tools for gathering feedback and insight from parents and partners.
- Support cross functional departments/partners in leveraging Instagram Facebook TikTok and other relevant platforms to grow and engage the T3 Family Alliance audience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Community and Event Engagement (20%) - Participate in occasional evening and weekend events to represent T3 and capture family engagement.
- Assist in the dissemination of family-facing communications learning modules and workshops.

QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelors degree in communications Education Journalism Marketing Public Relations or a related field preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience - 3 years of professional experience in content development digital communications curriculum design or a related role
- Demonstrated experience creating culturally relevant and multilingual educational materials for diverse audiences
- Experience managing content across various platforms including social media email and websites
Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing family engagement materials within K12 or postsecondary educational settings.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and digital communication platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact SMS tools).
- Familiarity with Texas educational systems Programs of Study and/or postsecondary and career pathways.
- Experience in campaign development and digital storytelling strategies that elevate underrepresented voices
- Experience with online career platforms.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

- Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with families and community members. Comfortable being the storyteller in front of and behind the screen.
- Design and Visual Literacy: Ability to design visually engaging content that aligns with branding and accessibility best practices.
- Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of diverse family dynamics and the ability to create inclusive and relevant content for multicultural audiences.
- Digital Fluency: Skilled in using digital tools to design disseminate and monitor engagement with content across multiple platforms (e.g. social media email websites).
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Responsive to feedback evolving priorities and changing community needs.
- Understanding of family engagement frameworks and best practices in K12 and postsecondary education.
- Familiarity with the Texas education system including graduation requirements endorsements and career pathways.
- Ability to use data and technology to drive engagement strategies and monitor progress.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with families school personnel and community partners.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural competency.
- Ability to operate with humility curiosity and urgency.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position will require frequent travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs.
