Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience as a Crew Leader.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Know understand and positively communicate with the public customers fellow workers superiors and corporate personnel.
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with the public customers fellow workers superiors and corporate personnel.
Well-groomed and properly dressed.
Understands the hours of service as a General Foreman will exceed that of a Crew Leader classification.
Have a working knowledge of all equipment associated with line clearance activities.
Have knowledge of climbing skills and other aspects of electrical line clearance operations which may include having a pesticide applicator license.
Must have a thorough knowledge of proper pruning techniques.
Must be honest trustworthy and portray the Company in a positive light.
Must be extremely safety conscious.
Must have met all qualifications and nature of duties of a Crew Leader.

Responsibilities:
Visits crews on a minimum of a weekly basis giving guidance instructions and necessary supplies.
Supervises Crew Leaders making sure they are fulfilling the Crew Leader qualifications and nature of duties.
Observes supports and gives guidance to Crew Leaders for achieving maximum results in operational priorities.
Calls on existing customers to assure customer satisfaction.
Responsible to see that equipment repairs preventative maintenance and purchasing policies and procedures are properly followed.
Works directly with Risk Management Department to ensure all safety procedures are followed and proper safety equipment is being worn.

Sabe escalar y otros aspectos de las operaciones de despeje de lneas lo cual puede incluir contar con una licencia de aplicador de plaguicidas.
Debe estar bien familiarizado(a) con las tcnicas de poda correctas.
Debe ser honesto(a) digno(a) de confianza y debe representar a la empresa de forma positiva.
Debe ser extremadamente consciente de las medidas de seguridad.
Debe cumplir con todas las calificaciones y las caractersticas esenciales requeridas para ser lder de cuadrilla.


Responsabilidades
Visita a las cuadrillas como mnimo de manera semanal para ofrecer orientacin instrucciones y provisiones necesarias.
Supervisa a los lderes de cuadrilla asegurndose que cumplan con las aptitudes y calificaciones necesarias para la naturaleza del empleo de lder de cuadrilla.
Observa apoya y proporciona orientacin a los lderes de cuadrilla para lograr los resultados mximos dentro de las prioridades operativas.
Hace llamadas a los clientes existentes para asegurar su satisfaccin.
Es responsable de procurar que se hagan reparaciones al equipo mantenimiento preventivo y que se sigan las polticas y procedimientos de compra debidamente.
Trabaja directamente con el Departamento de Gestin de Riesgos para asegurarse de que se estn siguiendo todos los procedimientos y que se est usando el equipo de seguridad correspondiente.
Lleva a cabo anlisis de incidentes inmediatamente despus de la ocurrencia de estos trabaja en apego con los lineamientos de Gestin de Riesgos.
Apoya el gerente en el proceso de licitacin.
Asiste a los cursos de capacitacin externos e internos relativos a la mejora de aptitudes de relaciones humanas gestin de negocios y aspectos tcnicos de la industria de los rboles.
Mantiene al gerente informado de las actividades de la cuadrilla problemas con el equipo inquietudes del cliente y el empleado.
Lleva a cabo otras labores que le asignen el supervisor.
