Regis Jesuit High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Track and Field. This is a Spring Season sport from late February until early May. Stipend begin at $5200.

This individual will oversee both the
boys and girls programs leading a large and vibrant team that spans a variety of disciplines including sprints distance jumps throws and hurdles.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader and communicator has a proven track record in team and individual development and creates an environment where athletes thrive both on and off the track.
Primary Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of the Regis Jesuit Boys and Girls Track & Field programs
- Hire supervise and mentor assistant coaches for various track & field events
- Develop training programs that foster individual and team success while promoting character discipline and wellness
- Collaborate with the Athletic Department to ensure alignment with school mission and goals
- Foster a culture of inclusion sportsmanship and teamwork
- Actively support the schools Catholic and Jesuit identity integrating opportunities for prayer reflection and faith formation into the athletic experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous head coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level
- Knowledge of and passion for the sport across its various disciplines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with student-athletes and families
- Experience in working with diverse communities
- CPR/AED and CHSAA certifications (or willingness to obtain)
This is a
stipend positiontied to the spring athletics season.
