As aWhatever/Whenever Agent you will provideour guests with the W experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service and require experience in the following:
- Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
- Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Making recommendations upsell hotel features and related services
- Ability to multi task at all times
- Outstanding attention to detail
