We are looking for a skilled Risk Controlling Manager with strong technical expertise in financial risk management including ICAAP and ILAAP processes as well as stress testing . This role requires a deep understanding of risk methodologies regulatory requirements and quantitative analysis to support risk assessment and strategic decision-making. You need to have strong hands-on experience with Excel-based solutions and professional risk management software. Experience in a risk transformation environment will set you apart.

Your Role
- Carry out risk inventory and create the overall risk profile of the bank and the group.
- Maintain and enhance methods related to Financial Risk Management including Counterparty Risk Market Risk Liquidity Risk and others.
- Calculate risk exposures monitor limits and assess the risk-bearing capacity for the bank and at the Group level.
- Improve our Risk Management Systems data systems and models.
- Monitor the risk situation and risk-bearing capacity reviewing set limits for the bank and the group.
- Prepare risk reports and present results to stakeholders
- Realize stress tests for different risk categories including overall stress test calculations.
- Validate used methods and models or review validation reports on different risk categories.
- Participate in new product development or implementation of new regulatory requirements related to risk management and risk controlling

- 3 years of experience in financial risk management finance controlling or treasury-related fields.
- Knowledge of finance accounting risk management mathematics or statistics.
- Educational degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Accounting Mathematics or any other related field.
- Solid Excel skills and a proficiency in R Matlab or Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of European and German banking regulations related to risk management.
- You are fluent in English to engage with all international team members within the company. German communication skills are a strong advantage.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Integrity and the ability to actively contribute to the company culture
