Job Description
Position Title: Instructional Designer
Job Description:
- Designs learning interventions that satisfy project objectives with little oversight from managers
- Develops meaningful learning experiences with existing or new content
- Uses visual design to enhance the experience and improve
learning outcomes
- Supports design of learning metrics
- Analyzes and reports on learning metrics with some guidance
from managers

Design with experience: Technology proficiency (articulate 360 & adobe creative cloud) Understanding of the fundamentals of Adult learning Experience Design: Design Thinking Human Centered Design & Other Ideation Methods Communication & Collaboration to work effectively with the project team & SMEs
