Job Description
Location: Flexible (On-site Preferred Fremantle)
Hours: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time options)

About the Role
As the Draftsperson/Designer youll play a pivotal role in turning concepts into manufacturable designs. Your drawings will help innovative solutions to life with a strong focus on accuracy speed and clarity.
Youll be responsible for:
- Creating detailed technical drawings from briefs and conceptual ideas
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and efficient
- Editing and marking up drafts quickly and precisely
- Interpreting design briefs and specifications into clear build-ready documentation
- Maintaining design records and revisions for full traceability
- Upholding exceptional standards in documentation and technical accuracy
What Were Looking For
- Proficient drafting and design skills preferably in the construction or prefab sector
- Ability to work independently and interpret conceptual ideas into tangible outputs
- Solid understanding of production/manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail with documentation and version control
- Previous experience in estimating is a huge plus!
